I emailed him about the frame number. Response:
"nope sorry not my bikes.dont no where to find wot one is or anything sorry.what i no i put in the add.cheers"

I have asked him to provide a copy of the receipt that states this bike was stolen/recovered and that's why there is no frame number. Not hopeful for a reply.
I also note that he is selling a phone with no charger. Hmmmm, wonder why a phone would have no charger.
As for reporting him. He has been reported to ebay by llamafarmer for selling potentially stolen stuff. Ebay claim that they are unable to do anything about it unless it comes direct from the police.
