Spoke keeps snapping

A few weeks ago I had a spoke snap on my mtb on the rear wheel- it went at the elbow end where the rivet goes through the hub.

I replaced it and trued the wheel as much as I could - it had a slight wobble but seemed fine.

The new spoke has now snapped in exactly the same place as the old one did.

There's no obvious damage to the hub apart from a small dent around the hole where the old ones broke.

Bearing in mind the wheel is about five years old and has done a lot of miles of late is it likely to be repairable? I wouldn't be able to build a wheel myself so if it's done for I'd replace the whole thing.

Thanks

signs of a poor wheel build.

lose spokes. time for a full wheel over haul or a new wheel.

    Thanks

Gi ven the cost of hand-built wheels on merlin there doesn't seem to be any incentive to shell out for such an old one to be re-built.
