How much for blue groove?

How much should i pay for a 3rd hand kenda blue groove tyre and maxxis inner tube. Its 2.5 by the way. Tread is in good condition. My mate wants 10 pounds. Should i go for it. Currently running a kenda nevegal 2.1 on it but too thin really

    well i did buy most of his bike off him and got an absolute bargain. I got norco bigfoot frame and hussefelt cranks, seat and seat post, howitzer bb, syncros stem all for 80 quid. not bad eh. Although he did permanently lock out my forks and didnt pay me the fifty quid for repairs so i suppose what comes around goes around. So im guessing the general opinion is that i shouldnt pay him.

    anyway he has now deprived me of the tyres as he has had a higher bidder at 30 quid. What a great mate. I had it in my garage and everything waiting to pay him next time i saw him. What a total sellout
