I'm still here, we were on holiday for a week but now back to work blah blah

Riding tonight, havn't done any exercise for about 2 weeks and trying not to think about the horror of squeezing my post-holiday bum into lycra :shock: (Baggies on top definitely!). I think it's going to be an interesting night....!
