I got this on ebay. It's a suspension adaptor for a saddle. It has a clamp to clamp onto the top of the existing tubular seat post, and a vertical stub tube onto which clamps the saddle ring clamp. The stub tube is mounted above a spring which has an adjustment nut below it. The whole is made of polished aluminium alloy and has setscrews to clamp to existing seat post and around the stub tube housing.

It has no manufacturers name, product name/indication/code or anything; only the instruction in Dutch, German and Italian " do the screws up tightly".
It works as a suspension unit for the saddle, but the pair of split cylindrical plastic (PTFE/Nylon/Carbonfibre) sleeves that provide the sliding surface for the spring compression are worn and I need to get replacements.
Has anyone any idea where it came from and who made it ?

Never seen one before! I would imagine sourcing parts wouldn't work out much cheaper than a brand new seatpost (which would be lighter too).0
