Cyclesense.co.uk - probably the smoothest returns process I've encountered.
The attachment mechanism for the Altura saddlebag I bought from them in May broke, dropped them an email (couldn't find useful warranty information for Altura) and was told to simply "return it for an exchange". No faffing with RMA numbers or the like.
Sent it off Thursday, replacement today - thanks guys
