Hello all.
This may seem like a silly question but i'd rather get the proper advice off you guys in the know than get it wrong.
I'm after a bit of guidance for some rim tape. On removing my inner tube today i found the rim tape on my rear wheel was quite badly creased in a couple of places, so much so that the spoke holes were showing slightly in one area. I was unable to straighten it out so i'm in need of some new rim tape. I've looked on CRC for rim tape but there is several brands, sizes, widths etc and i'm unsure what i'm looking for. I googled the rims to try to find the width of the area where the rim tape sits but still none the wiser.
My wheels are DT SWISS X430 off a 2007 stumpjumper comp.
