Hello guys, can anyone recommend me a LBS in the Liverpool/Merseyside area, i'm looking to purchase a flat bar road bike very soon and wondered if anyone had had any standout recommendations?
I have been to the new Giant store, tho they seem very inflexible on any form of deals/ free extras etc. I am after something like the 2009 Giant FCR range, though i may consider trek as well.
Any thoughts?

I'd go with Quinns on Edge Lane.
They do a lot of Trek and Specialized in there and they will do you a deal.
I got money off a wheelset by going in with the best price I could get it for off the internet and asking them if they could match it - which they did.
So definitely QuinnsIt's here it's now it's disappointingly lacking in any real knowledge, http://blogs.liverpoolecho.co.uk/acyclistslife/0 -
Thanks gents, i will check out quinns on your recommendations0

There was a really good one who's name escapes me just up from Childwall 5 ways... Was the home of Corrado frames."In many ways, my story was that of a raging, Christ-like figure who hauled himself off the cross, looked up at the Romans with blood in his eyes and said 'My turn, sock cookers'"

Do you mean Abbey Cycles?
They're good, but not as highly recommended as Quinn's. You can get parked near Abbey, of course.
