Check the clearance between frame and tyres - may not fit as Scott wheels may be too wide.
I would advise installing the chain and cassette from Fuji onto the Scott wheels.
You will probably need to adjust your brakes to cope witht eh wider rim.0 -
You'll have to swap the cassettes, as your hybrid's cassette has a much larger range, and road mechs won't cope with it. Also the tyres, as the Fuji probbaly won't have clearances for 32s. You may also have to change the position of the brake blocks, and possibly adjust the indexing of the rear mech.0
