9 Speed Dura-Ace 7700 Group Set Question

I recently bought a secondhand Willier Alpe d'Huez with the 7700 group set. Its in great condition with new pads, chain rings, cassete and chain.

I was wondering how an old group set like this compares to a current spec equivelent.

Any opinions, or online resources to give a bit more info?
