What were the women stretching their leggings (in the summer!) to breaking point and then trying to cover their modesty in a short, frayed, denim skirt and flapping along in flip-flops thinking? Come to think of it, what are men wearing those daft three-quater length cropped combat trousers and vests showing off apallingly hairy arms doing in public places?

Though not going as far as the Sudanese threatening to whip women for wearing 'provactive' trousers, it is time, that as a nation, we smartened up our act.
