Can anyone recommend a decent rear wheel and cassette, cheap/good price suitable for hammering it only on a turbo.
Cheers :D

All you need to do is get a cassette the same as the one you currently use, get a cheap wheel either from a bike shop or ebay, stick the cassette on, and you're away.

    I bought a Tacx Trainer Tire T1390
Supposed to "Minimise overheating slipping and wear of the tyre"
No idea if it does or not as it is still in cupboard
Mahatma Gandhi was asked by a British journalist what he thought of Western civilisation. "I think it would be a good idea," he replied.

I don't know how long trainer tyres last, but I know I knacked an expensive PR3 pretty quickly on my turbo last winter :(

Just stick a cheap, old tyre on your back wheel you're using on the trainer. I found on my Tacx trainer, the tyre wore to the point of being completely smooth, but no more. The tyre was on the trainer for 2 years, and we're talking lots of hours on the trainer (at least 2 or 3 2hr sessions per week).
