Hi,
For anyone in the south east area there is an intermediate ladies specific course at Bedgebury on the 29th Aug & 5th Sept.
It is primarily for the ladies that attended the first beginner course in May as a follow on course but really it is open to anyone (unless your a fella!) that has a basic amount of skill and rides regularly, although saying this if you ride on the road and want to learn some off road skills or improve on the ones you have this is the course for you.

I can certainly say that I learnt such a lot from the last course and the coaches are very good at promoting confidence without pushing you too hard, so if you are free those Saturdays it is well worth it, only £15 for both days.
