Brake discs

Ive just got myself a kona kikapu nine and the rear brake disc has a slight bend in it,id like to change both for wavey discs (if they will fit)but having not owned the bike for long and not yet clued up on the tech bit could anyone advise me of the size and make i would need to buy please

    the same size as fitted,

    there are also some issues with some brake rotors not being compatable with some calipers, but that also depends on the brakes fitted.

    have a read of the how to straighten bent rotors in the tech links sticky above.

    for more info more infom is needed such as make and modle of brake fitted.....

    Cheers for getting back so quick nicklouse, the brakes that are fitted are the hayes mx4

    Mmm to be blunt dont waste your money on new rotors.

    save up for better brakes.

    just pick up some generic replacment discs for a tenner a piece and leave it at that till you have the money for some decent brakes

    ive got the money for new brakes,ive not long had the bike and dont really understand all this technical stuff so i thought the brakes were ok,what brakes would you recomend

    if the brakes are working ok for you just stick with them till you do have a problem and look at replacing them then. as for the disk as nick said look at straightening it
