I got a book off ebay ... shows some very good routes ... but you have also to invest in the appropriate OS maps. Be warned ... theres loads to cover ! I was there with family and only had limited time. You really need to set aside a good day for some of the routes covered.

I'll be down that way the end of Augs,i start from Minehead > Dunster > Dunkery Beacon > Selworthy back to Minehead. I'd get a good OS map an study it before you go down, As depending on where your staying an starting from but there is loads to do, You could go from Porlock but that is one hell of a climb.
You could always go onto singletrack an ask knottie as if he is about as he is a local down that way.

The WMB hard route takes in Dunkery and is a precent decent day out. Have a look for it in the routes section of the Bikeradar site.0
