Loose Headset Adjustment ?

Hi There just got my new bike built. but just noticed there is a knocking sound when your off the bike and hold the front brake on. there is PLAY in the Headset - How would i adjust that ??? it`s a Deda Stem on a campag record headset. cheers

    Slacken off the two bolts securing the stem on the steerer, then gently tighten the top bolt until the play has gone.
