Hope brake Q

Right, im taking my m4 off my old bike. I've undone the first cover (the one that covers the olive), now do i pull the hose out and then prise the nipple off the hose or? I dont want to force anything and break parts. Sorry no pics as im posting from phone (computer lan is down). Cheers

    olive has to come off first to relive the clamping pressure fully. can be a right arse to get off the barbs so some times pushing can help.
