Argh my twisted ankle!

I have twisted my ankle at Glentress few weeks ago and since the injury is healing, I would like to get back on my bike. I have been asked to wear some kind of ankle support.

Can anybody recommend me an ankle brace support?

So far I have found plenty of them at http://www.wiggle.co.uk/s/cycle/7/ankle but are they any good?

    sounds worse then a twisted ankle was it a sprain? go to your local pharmacy they tend to stock ankle supports there pretty generic so just go with what they can supply but unles you've been told to get back on the bike (physio) give it a bit of a rest.
