Squeeky cleats

I bought a pair of LOOK Keo carbon pedals llast year and no matter how tight the bolts are both into the removable insert on the Sidi shoe and into the insert itself, it still squeakes. I am thinking of putting decorators silicone between the plate and the shoe. Any suggestions?

    Lightly cover the cleats and pedals in oil. :) Problem should be solved.

    Thanks for the advice - sprayed WD 40 silicone on the cleats and it worked. Well, I think it worked as I went out today and I could'nt hear a thing 'cos of the wind: it was brutal ( I live in Stranraer). Set a new personal best for this route around near me - 22.7 very hilly miles and I did it 12 and a half minuites slower than i've ever done. Yes, I checked the justgiving.com page and you can check mine - type in Robert George Day - you will find me: I did the Etape Caledonia.
