I'm shaving my legs for the first time tomorrow. For "cycling" purposes. The girlfriend is slightly aprehensive.

    I've been doing mine for years,even when not cycling. Just do it, no need to justify it to anyone.

    I would join you, but I wear shorts in work a lot of the time.

    Indeed, Cyclingmev! Why stop there?! You'll only get a weird line where the hair is/isn't. Don't think the "girlfriend" is going to like that. ;)

    Let us know how she likes the plucked chicken look! I hope your legs have a good tan.

    I'm been on at the missus for ages now about shaving mine and she won't budge. My shaved legs equals her closed legs :oops: :shock: :cry: I love my cycling but there are other things I like even more :wink:

    It's only 'cos the Mrs came in the room and caught me shaving my legs that I had to go out and buy a bike. :wink::lol:

    Given that we met at uni and are thus currently both chilling at home at either ends of the country, she'll only see it once I'm back from the Pyranees in a few weeks. Will be nice and brown then :twisted: . And tired.

    Went out on the bike today though for 80km or so - legs were pretty itchy and feel very hot!
