Freewheel hub grinding noise

Hi All,
Just getting back into riding from a long gap from the saddle, got myself a Specialized hardrock sport disc 09 which is great for what i need it for, the only problem is:
There`s a strange grinding noise coming from the free wheel hub all of a sudden.
Took the hub apart thinking some grit had got into the bearings, but they were fine, still cleaned them up and put it back together again hope it would cure the noise but no.
Seem`s to be the freewheel hub, now i don`t know much about this thing, is it possible to clean them up or service them in anyway?
Cheers,
Ian

LOL
Short & sweet answer
It`s only 5weeks old, so i`ll take it back to the LBS to see what they can do
What would cause it to go like that thou?0 -
many things. poor part, too much jet wash, too much degreaser."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."
