I've got a Met Veleno D.
Really comfortable, light and no too bulky so no mushroom head. Ventilation is excellent too.
Would definitely recommend it.

Met Stradivarius... got one 2 years ago and its so nice and light and doesn't give the 'mushroom head' look
Its a £20 more than your budget but worth it...

I have a Giro Hex and really like it.
But, it's best to try a few on and find one that's comfy.0 -
Go to a big shop, fit them all and find the comfy one - then go to your LBS and assk if they can get it in . . .if not, google it and buy it cheaper online  :twisted:0

THE Industries F-14. Pisspot style head protection but with venting of a normal mtb or road lid.You only need two tools: WD40 and Duck Tape.
If it doesn't move and should, use the WD40.
If it shouldn't move and does, use the tape.0 -
whichever one fits best."Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

I got a Bell Slant after trying on every helmet in Halfords the other week.It was just about the only one that didn't have tightness or a random lump in any given area, no hard contact points at all, decent adjustability and having now tried it out it's utterly forgettable within seconds (I mean that in a good way) and perfectly comfortable after an hour and a halfs riding0
