    My mouth is generally open during the commute because I'm usually going full pelt, this week I've had to breath through my mouth anyway due to swine flu induced snot. I just can't get rid of it all. Bloody cough is still hangin on too! :x

    I tried the nose only today. :shock: Felt like my lungs were in a vacuum.

    I think I might quit SCR, because I'm always a sweaty mess when I arrive wherever I'm going, and lets face it, I see one other cyclist going the same way (if I'm lucky). And she doesn't count because she's on a bouncy BSO and wearing a pinstriped business suit. Middle of the feet on the pedals too. :(

    If I do see other cyclists they're always going the other way.

    Open. Or my large lips will start to flutter in the breeze causing a low frequency vibration in my head resulting in a numb skull. Well, I'd like to think that's whats causing the numbness anyways.
