Looking to get a new set of wheels, probably either the deore/317 or xt/717 set from Merlin, but are there any other suggestions for a decent, light set for up to £150? Main use will be on road pulling kids trailer on the SS, but also off road when the weather gets bad and the mud starts to clog the gears.
If anybody knows one with red rims or hubs even better.

They are about the lightest you'll get for the money. I'd go for the 717 over the 317. Good choice for XC if you are not a very large rider.0
