Fork seems to have seized up

I have a Malt 4 with Rockshox Reba Team fork
I've not ridden for the past couple of weeks and when I got my bike out to ride, the fork seems to have seized up
It moves about 1-2 cm and then seems to stop suddenly (as if the pop loc is still on) and makes a bit of a clang noise and then slowly rebounds back to the original place making a pfffft noise...
can anyone guess the problem from this vague solution - am supposed to be out on my bike now!

Or GT 85.

Yeah that's my guess too - looks like there's been some leakage (oil drops on the floor)
What do I have to do to get this sorted?
Is this gonna be expensive..?0 -
new fork?0

Is it under warranty?
Sound like the damper needs a service and new o rings/seals.
TF Tuned can do this.0 -
was the bike stored upside down or inverted at any time?"Do not follow where the path may lead, Go instead where there is no path, and Leave a Trail."

yes whilst he done his tuck no hander back flips0

would be out of warranty - it's 2 years old now
nope not stored upside down and I can't think of any reason why it would have been turned upside down...
