How high have you climbed this year?

To help encourage ITB to add total climb to the SCStats spreadsheet, I though it would be a nice idea if we posted our estimated ascents so far.
Not completely accurate - I changed my commute route a bit a few months back to a hillier route and I don't know exactly when but the estimate won't be far out. Rounded down on the basis of it being approximate.
So, total this year = 61,300 feet or 2.11 Mount Everests (1 Mount Everest = 29,028 feet)
46,000 feet commuting and 15,000 feet leisure.
I'm sure others will have done much better!

95%+ of my cycling is commuting so I can be pretty accurate with that.0

Plus, I have like six different routes I take, depending on the weather, time I have and my mood. :roll:0 -
My Garmin has recorded 118,838ft (or 22.5 verticle miles!) of climbing so far this year - with a weeks worth of climbing in the Alps to come at the end of the month which should push that up a tad!0

Over the 10 rides I made a note of I climbed approximately 59,000ft. I have no idea how much extra for the commutes and short rides I have done, similar again?Short hairy legged roadie FCN 4 or 5 in my baggies.
