Most Urgent - Stuck piston

I'm in the process of changing my pads on my HT, I have Shimano Deore Hydros.

On the rear (lack of brake last time out) I've taken the pads out and the outside piston is stuck fast, won't push back in at all subsequently I can't get the new pads in.

Any clues on how to resolve this quickly?

    make sure you are pushing straight and refit old pads and more force. (after having cleaned around the piston wall).


    If the brakes have been bled with worn pads there MAY be to much fluid in the system so if that is the case let some out.
