Oh dear you've made me very hungry, I'm drooling as I type.
Greek- My mothers Keftedes(meatballs) and fasoulia(green bean stew)
Fish- Any freshly caught Friut De Mare
Steak- Thickly sliced Sirloin, barbequed quickly so its charred outside and bloody inside.
Indian- Lamb Rogan Josh, or any Jalfrezi
Chinese-Spare Ribs
Vegetarian- My homemade vegetable curry, made with sweet potatoes
Italian- A simple Margherita Pizza, as long as I'm sitting on the banks of Lake Garda at sunset.
Traditional- Roast rib of beef and all the trimmings
Desert-Baked Alaska
Thanks for the post now I'll have to go and raid the biscuit tin :evil:Norfolk, who nicked all the hills?
