Hi all,
Am in the hunt for a good saddlebag to carry the usual, spare tube, co2 inflator, few tools etc. No more than 20 quid. Any suggestions?

The topeak wedgy in medium does me.
I've got a tube, Alien II, Tyre levers, patches, power links, and my phone slots in too.

it expands too if you need more room.
  • ive got the topeak wedge medium which fits in 2 tubes, energy bars, gel, puncture kit spoke key, spare batteries for the gps, mech hanger and the multi tool, without expanding it, fits nicely under the saddle as you'd expect! (pump is velco'd to the bottom of the top tube) is spot on for short blasts etc. even longer ones, but if i need more water than the bottle takes i just unclip the saddle bag and chuck it in the bottom of the camalbak,

makes hour blasts around the local woods much easier as dont have the Big bag on!

I've got the larger Topeak Aero Wedge, nice bag - i use it for most stiff under 15 mile and its fine. Note to be careful with the clip which releases the bag tho as mine broke after a few uses. I expect its mainly due to heavy handed use on my part but if the release clip breaks you have to get your nail or a screwdriver in there to prise it open for removal.

all the tools you need plus room for a spare tube a co2 cannister and a nutrition bar
it's expandable and comes with a plastic cover for the bag if its heavy rain.
you can pick them up in halfords they have a really good range of saddle bags
