Lock for a £700 bike?

Hi
What are some good locks to keep my bike safe for short whiles?
Something strong but not too heavy, will only be left outside shops for few minutes, so needs to be quick to use.

EDIT: preferably something with a B rating

what about 3000.00

I got a focus superbud 2008, and put ritchy carbon on it, and just got xt wheels crank and brakes.

LBS said I should insure for replacment to get the same spec new at 3000.00.
