I want to swap bottom brackets/ cranks between two bikes. The first is an FSA set, and only seems to need an allen key set, but the other is a shimano 105 set and requires an adaptor/tool of some sort. Can anyone tell me if this tool kit contains all I need to do the job? Thanks!!

I assume you're talking about the plastic cap that needs a sort of start shaped tool to unscrew it? I used a flat knife to get mine off
It looks like everything else you need is in that tool set except a half inch drive ratchet handle to fit the BB tool to.0 -
You'll also almost definitely need a crank removal tool which is in that set.0
