Reading to Chepstow in support of Motor Neurone Disease

Hey guys, new to the site so this is my first post.
Im 23 and live in Chepstow, South Wales.
Really been getting into my cycling this year, and in September will be doing my first major ride, in support of the Motor Neurone Disease Association. I'm going to be riding from Reading to Chepstow, which i plan will take 3 days and will over 100 miles. I generally get at least one ride in a week, raging from 15 miles to 40 miles, but realise i need to step it up before my tour.
Just wondering if anyone has done this route before, and what advice you would give to someone for attempting their first major cycle tour?
