Sorry, I know this is completely off-topic but I've just discovered this great little app and wanted to share with the other iPhone users here:

You take a picture, it's sent to one (but only one) other Photoswap user (chosen completely at random from the other people who currently have Photoswap open on their phones) and they can reply with a picture of their own which comes back you you.
Basically you strike up a 'conversation' through photographs with a random stranger somewhere in the world.
It's ace.
And free.
