    Seen a couple like it - I always wondered if a setup like that would be a good balance between comfort and speed. Spose it's a bit heavier than a traditional frame design though.

    Yeah, MBUK did something on it years ago- seems a bit unnecessary just to add some comfort

    Allsop Softride beams - were popular a few years ago, particularly with the triathlon crowd in the early 1990s - problem was as well as flexing in the vertical plane, they also went side-to-side which was a bit weird. Stephen Roche apparently tried one to alleviate his back problem.
    Make mine an Italian, with Campagnolo on the side..

    had one just the same as that but a nice blue/green metallic colour. To be fair it was heavy and a sloppy ride, just as the previous post it bobbed along and wiggled from side to side.
    Thought about it recently as it could make an amusing fixed wheel for hipsters, plus the Dolan connection is quite nice too.
