Anyone recommend any half decent looking jerseys (short-sleeve) that won't make me look like:
1. A reject from the Tour de France
2. A Power-Ranger
Using old dry-fit gym kit at the moment and whilst it does the job I would like some pockets to stash stuff.

Evans had a range in recently with a big pic of a Marmite jar all over the front. Surprisingly they looked good.
They also do plain yellow, red & black tops with zips & pockets, long and short sleeved. Virtually any LBS that I've ever been in carries some clothing of that sort tho.0 -
If by "power ranger", you mean "colourful and visible to car drivers" - i say go for it. Or look for the MuMu one.0

Gore Bike Wear tops are pretty good quality- not the thin tea bag type material you get on some shirts. In my opinion worth paying a bit extra for.Plus their colourschemes are fairly conservative.0

Agree - not bad at all.
Have ordered the Edinburgh Cycles one and fingers crossed the colour is as in the picture and not minging in real life0 -
I must be a right peasant. Most of the tops I have bought are from Lidl or Aldi for £6 to £8ish. No problems with them either.Nothing to prove. http://adenough1.blogspot.co.uk/0

+1
Recently recieved a 'Median Strip' jersey from Ground effect.
Very good quality, great fit, lovely and soft, classic looks and.......... doesn't stink after one ride !!!

Hi, today i had a comment made to me about my jersey by another cyclist on the road and its obviously something that im unaware of. The jersey is a t-Mobile jersey in Pink and White made by Adidas. any help??0
-
Solo? I like the retro style.
Cycling Plus had a nice retro looking one at www.spiuk.co.uk which was a bit cheaper than the Solo ones - but I'm darned if I can find the jersey on their website.
Might have a look at the Ground Effect ones.Never be tempted to race against a Barclays Cycle Hire bike. If you do, there are only two outcomes. Of these, by far the better is that you now have the scalp of a Boris Bike.0 -
What kind of comment?
On another note I bought the green number from Edinburgh cycles todayBianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!

-
He might have just been commenting on the shoddy network coverage!0

F**king ignore the pr1ck.
you shoulda shouted back "shame about your wife last night"Bianchi. There are no alternatives only compromises!
