Biking in Portes d'soleil

Im going to the Portes d'Soleil next week and was looking for a previous thread with some info on but couldnt find it so wondered anyone knew the following:

-OS map number for Les Gets area?
-cost of going down via peages?
-best place to stop over with bikes en route?
-anything else to remember?

For maps you need IGN 3528
Tolls will cost €60-70 each way and takes about 8-9 hours.

Bring spares with you, especially anything bike specific.
