Bracket for joining Avid Elixir R Levers and Sram X9 Shifter

i have the above on my bike
my friend was telling me that there is a special bracket/hanger type thing your can buy that will fix both to the handlebars (instead of currently having 2 brackets) ? i would like to purchase this to tidy up my handle bar and create a bit more space on there
however, he cannot remember what they are called or where they were brought from ?
he thinks chain reaction, but ive looked on there and cannot find anything !
anyone have a clue what im talking about anyway ?
