I have been investigating Chi and Pose methods of running. Both are very similar as far as i can tell.
All feed back i have seen looks very posative.
Does anyone here run using these techniques. Anyone tried and given up etc.

I use the "run faster than the last time" method as well as the "only miss a run if almost dead" method.

    Works well enough.

I tend to use the "one foot in front of the other" method, otherwise I fall over a lot.

www.posetech.com or www.chirunning.com for those who are interested in maybe becoming a more efficient runner. Posetech also has a theory on more efficient pedalling. (not looked at it yet)
