Bought a size 10, I'm usually a 9.
But still a bit of a snug fit, perhaps slightly narrow at the toe end.
Has anyone else got these, and could they tell me if give a little after wearing in. :?

I'm usually a 42 (or 265 mondopoint) and I'm a 42 in the Avenir, feel like slippers (well, like very firm snug slippers).
I haven't had much give in the upper yet.
I was looking specifically for the snug fit in the toe box they have (not touching the end and able to wiggle toes but not move the foot up and down!).0 -
Perhaps you are a large 9.
I also have a pair of these Mavic shoes in UK 10 and they are plenty roomy enough for my size 9 feet.0 -

I tried some of those but found them too snug/shallow around/above the toe so got a refund.
I didn't ride in them so sorry I can't help with whether they give or not. I took the view they probably wouldnt so sent them back in time.
Just waiting for some Shimano R085 to arrive as were much more confortable but then I do have trouble getting shoes to fit properly.0 -
I found the shimano shoes to be quite narrow and also a small fit, so be careful...0

Thanks for the warning. I have tried them on though so am pretty confident they will be fine.0

My size 11s fit my size 10.5 feet fine. I have done 200 miles in them so far and there does seem to be a little give.'I am an optimist. It does not seem to be much use being anything else.' - Sir Winston Churchill.0
