saddle sore

out last night for the first time in years,went about ten miles & loved it but saddle sore this morning :o3795351196_077124a3ea.jpg

    :-) i know what you mean when i first got my bike my bum was sore, but after a few more rides its fine now 8)

    You do tend to break them in: good padded/lined shorts also help a lot.

    Plus some Chafe-Ease liberally applied to the nether regions.

    Sudocrem is the best and cheapest IMHO

    i know what you mean!

    ive had my bike/saddle a while now, and still get a sore bum after rides! feels bruised lots haha!

    definately would suggest some good padded shorts!

    couple of rides in now,definately feeling better,gonna check out some padded shorts though :D bound to feel a bit harsh -spent to long on the sofa :oops:

    Do a couple of rides a week and your back side will feel better. However stop riding for a few weeks and you’ll be back to at square one... Did 20 miles at weekend, have been on hols for the last couple of weeks and not ridden. It felt morre like 50 miles.

    I got it bad when I started riding again but it soon wears off. Don;t get it at all now and no pads in sight!
