I Have a boardman pro FS and I was wondering if pulling a bike trailer with my 1 year old daughter in it would have any detrimental effect on the linkages of the rear suspension system?

I know they are made to take the knocks etc but not sure on constant force from pulling a trailer that is conected on one side of the rear wheel.

Jeez - if it can't handle a trailer, I'd hate to think what a few drop-offs could do to it.

(Serious answer - it would be fine, IMHO, and you'll appreciate the MTB gearing in any inclines).

Tried it with my Meta 55 (FS MTB) - worked fine.

Flag the trailer and get an iBert Safe-T-Seat. I've been using one with our 14mth old daughter on a Giant Trance. She loves it!

300+ positive review on Amazon too.
