hey all

been looking for the best rear LED for this coming autumn winter commuting. setled on the superbright superflash. Now wiggle do a red version which is less blinky (for the dumbed down UK). It gets complaints of poor sealing too which was holding me back.

Anyway. there's a new version i found out today so i'm just letting y'all know bout it.
ebay > 'superflash stealth'. about £17 delivered. Man, it's mad bright, plus the US version has way cooler blinking mode than the UK version and the sealing issue has been addressed too.

Geordie.

Is it definitely red? All the images on Ebay make it look white.

i read that question on their site. it flashes red like the other but you can see the LED's a little more clearly. flashy switched on it looks the same, just cooler when its off i think.

well. i just ordered one and not received yet, but i think its the same type of bright, but white case and better seals with a better blink type than the UK one as far as i can tell. any brighter and you'd be hit by many blind drivers coming up behind you!!! ;-)

For £17, that's £5 more than the Smart one.

Can't see it being any better. The Blackburn Mars 4.0 is a 1w rear, and about £17.
