garmin slipstream bib shorts

hi, since i started riding ive been wearing kit in large. ive been looking everywhere in the uk for garmin shorts in this size but cant find any anywhere.
i was wondering whether i should move down a size to medium (which i can find) as the sizing chart says for a medium:
Chest=38-40 inches
Waist=32-34
Hip=38-40
Inseam=32

and I am
Chest=40
Waist=35
Hip=38.5
Inseam=32

I was just wondering if anyone else has been in a similar situation like this and what they did?

Well, the measurements seem to be ok, if they can be trusted.

As for buying Garmin shorts!!!!!!! Wiggo only wears them 'cos he's paid to ya know.

i have to say that although i like wiggo i've got the kit since the slipstream days and milar and vandevelde are my fav. riders. saying that i have been waring long black socks for the past 3 weeks instead of the normal argyle!
