yeah, the spark is great! but i'll alway's have a soft spot for my spesh as it was my first "proper" bike, and got me bitten by the bug . It mainly gets used for going to work on now though!

Those Hardrocks are cracking bikes for £300. My mate has just bought one as a work-hack and it's nicer looking than his "proper" bike IMO!

saw these today in my lbs for £20 so thought i'd treat myself







anyone got any thoughts or ideas on some upgrades i could do that are not too costly

hmmm.... didn't think of the seat clamp i'll see if i can get one, might as well have the full set

i have never had any problems with it, although i have heard storys about them not being very reliable.

i've only had the bike since june and no problems so far (touches wood)

other half went shopping today so i said "while your out get me a bottle cage but make sure it's side entry"
imagine my suprise when she came home with this :shock:





when i asked her why she got a carbon one she replied "i just thought carbon was better"

hi guy's, well it's been a while since i was last on, so just thought i'd do a quick update.

the spesh has now gone (sold to a lad at work but kinda wish i hadn't now) and i've been getting just a couple of little bits and pieces for the spark, so here's some pic's
