Help adjusting rear mech please

I have just tried to adjust my SLX rear mech for the 1st time, I have it set up just fine, all lines up nicely at top and bottom gears accordingly. But I seem to have made a boo boo somewhere, when I back peddle the chain comes off the 1st gear and onto the 4th gear.

Where Have I gone wrong?

Any help greatly appreciated.

Thanks Johnny, I kind of did exactly the same as the video except I didn't release the cable before starting, I have it fixed now though
