If your disk is running true then you need to adjust the caliper, if the disc isnt running true then watch the disc while spinning the wheel and make a note of where the disc moves over and rubs on the pad then try and bend the disc slightly placing your fingers on the rotor arms and your thumbs where the pad contacts, I do mine this way and never have any problems.0

You could be a lil more specific buddy.
If your running cable disk brakes you will normally have an adjustment on the caliper to adjust the none clamp side,
Hydraulics are a little different, Im not sure whether this is the right way to do it but ive been doing it for donkeys, take your wheel off your bike and by using the end of a spoon prize the pads back into the caliper, this will give your rotor room to spin and will alow your pads to readjust.
Note my Exp with brakes has been mainly with Hayes MX2s and Hayes HFX9s
Alternatively the rub could be your rotor0 -
mine were doing this for a while so i actually sorted it out the other day and adjusted the mounts so it stopped rubbing.0

it could be that the actual disk isnt true because it is prone to getting knocked slightly out of place and with there only being a fraction of space between the pads and the disk it will result in the pads slightly putting pressure on the disk, you can get this sorted out pretty easily, but im not quite sure how ( i know this because not long ago my mate had the same problem and once he found out he got it sorted by the next day) good luck and i hope that helpedwhen your at school every thing goes wrong and it goes wrong in the wrongest way and even more wrong when everyones looking, when you leave school everything still goes wrong, but with loads more style!0
