Hole in the tyre?

I had a puncture yesterday and the flint went through the center of the carcass. It has left a hole about a couple of mm wide in the tyre. Should I put some glue or filling just to cover the hole?

    Squirt some superglue in just to be sure
    Carlsberg don't make cycle clothing, but if they did it would probably still not be as good as Assos
