Hub on Tubular Wheel

Hi,

Can someone tell me please about the hubs on tubular wheels?

Are they pretty much the same as on clinchers in that it's either Campag or Shimano/SRAM? If so, how much trouble is it to swap the hub over?

Also, how feasible is it to repair any damage to a carbon wheel, if for example it had a slight crack? Could this be fixed and would it likely be expensive?

Thanks in advance for your help.

Hubs are hubs. If you can change the freehub from Campag to SRAM/Shimano will depend on the individual hub, not whether the rim is clincher or tub

    Thanks for the reply.

So, forgetting the rim type then, if the hub is not compatible with the desired freehub, could it prove time consuming/costly to swap?
