Going to Annecy tomoz to watch the ITT, just looked at the weather forecast and it doesn't look good. Thunder storms and 25mph winds.
Question springs to mind, if those are the conditions who will it favour more?

Depends if/when the rain happens. If it happens late on that will favour early starters but at the moment it may well be damp before the first person leaves the starting ramp. Could be a luck of the draw type day. I'm leaving my pick until tomorrow morning. 0
