The London bike polo community is excited to announce the first annual European Hardcourt Bike Polo Championship.
The tourney takes place on Saturday 1st and Sunday 2nd August in Southwark, London.
Forty teams from across France, Germany, Ireland, Spain, Sweden, Switzerland, and the UK will take part in two days of competition -- with over 140 games -- to crown a European Champion.
We cordially invite you to come and watch the high-speed action. Whether you’re a cycling enthusiast, a sports enthusiast, or just curious to see these skilled and passionate teams compete -- we’re sure you’ll be entertained.
If you want to learn to play bike polo, you can take part in our introductory sessions between 1pm and 2pm each day of the event, with sessions supported by Play Sport London.
There will be food available on site as well as sponsor’s stands, including Brick Lane Bikes, Brooks and Knog, and special deals on our own unique bike polo merchandise designed by chunk clothing.
The venue is Marlborough Play Area on Union St, just off Borough High St, a short walk from Borough Market and London Bridge station.
